Vegas is always ever-changing and with that comes my annual list of recommendatiONs! These are some of my favorites and absolutely musts! some of these i talked about on the podcast super boothers, and some we didn’t have time to talk about on the show!

Barry’s Downtown Prime – Circa Resort & Casino, Downtown Las Vegas - $$$$

Classic American Steakhouse with a modern flare.  Upbeat, eclectic and delicious, Barry’s Downtown Prime continues to excel in vintage hospitality and new age style. Legacy Club – Circa Resort & Casino, Downtown Las Vegas - $$$

Ultra Lounge 60 Stories in the sky. Need we say more?  With an outdoor patio complete with comforting fire pits to relax by while you take in 180• views of Las Vegas, Legacy Club’s cocktail collection and bottle list are sure to rival some of the top shelves in the city.  Keep it simple with some old school classics or choose from their staff inspired seasonal cocktails which use fresh ingredients and reimagine the art of alcohol. SuperFrico – The Cosmopolitan, Las Vegas Strip - $$

Self-anointed ‘Italian American Psychedelic’, SuperFrico sets the bar and then raises it for even more by combining mind blowing flavors and textures.  Not your mother’s (or grandmother’s) Italian cooking.  In addition to their out-of-body-experience menu, check out their liquid libations for some added flavor bombs. Whether it’s a casual catch-up drink or you’re feeding those cravings, SuperFrico puts on a show.

Famous Foods Street Eats - ResortS World, Las Vegas Strip - $$

Straight from marketplace streets around the world, ResortS World has reimagined street food:  Las Vegas style.  Located inside of ResortS World you can snag dumplings from Hong Kong (Ah Chun Shandong Dumpling) or some Southern Indian chick curry (SpringLeaf Prata Place).  Where else can you eat around the world all in one building?
MY FAVORITES is the DUMPLINGS And THE BBQ!

Giada – The Cromwell, Las Vegas Strip - $$$

Classic Italian with some new world influence. Giada is an eatery of fresh fare and helps curb those home-cooked cravings.  With twists on classics like the Ravioli with Lobster or the Buratta Crostini, there’s something here for every Italian food lover.  MY favorites are the meatballs and absolutely the lemon cookies!

El Cortez – El Cortez Hotel and Casino, Downtown Las Vegas - $

Take a blast from the past when visiting the El Cortez Hotel and Casino on Fremont East in Downtown Las Vegas. With the El Cortez being one of the oldest resorts in Las Vegas with its inception in 1941, this casino will throw you back in time where the Rat Pack roamed and slots still reign.  CHeck out morE HERE!

 

Eataly – Park MGM, Las Vegas Strip - $

Why make one decision when you can eat from all corners of Italy?  Eataly’s marketplace inspired layout and design give you access to 17 different venue options as well as a wine shop and cooking classes!  From pizza to pasta, Eataly has it all.  One of the largest open space food courts, Eataly is a place that takes wine-and-dine to a whole other level.  Here’s a link for more information!
